If your child is interested in joining one of the above clubs (and if there are places available) please collect a letter from the school entrance hall or office. If you are interested in music tuition please speak to Mrs Darley regarding available places.

No pupil is allowed to stay on the school premises without written consent from a parent/ carer. If your child is a member of a club and is unable to attend please send in a written note or phone the school. For safety reasons, verbal messages via pupils can not be accepted. If your child joins a club they are expected to be committed to that activity for the duration of the term and not to drop out or ‘quit’ half way through.

Privacy Notices

Each year we are required to send out ‘privacy notices’ to parents outlining the kind of data and information we hold about your child and what happens to that information. The notice is attached to this letter.

Lion King Lyceum Thetare London

Over the past year the Friends of Heacham Junior School have raised money towards the cost of taking the children to see a West End Show in London. We have been fortunate to secure a number of tickets at educational rate to see ‘The Lion King’ at the Lyceum Theatre, London. Tickets normally retail from £60 but by attending a special matinee performance, the price is reduced to £25.00. The ‘Friends of the School’ have agreed to fund the transport (£1500 for three coaches) which makes this an excellent opportunity to see a West End Musical at a much reduced price. The whole school will have the opportunity to see the show. We will be taking three trips over the course of this term; some classes will need to be split ~ this may mean that children from the same class see the show on different dates. There will be more detailed letters coming home in the next few days informing you of payment details and the date on which your child will be offered a ticket.
